Lalit Tour & Travels provides travel and transportation services, including:

Tempo Traveller and group transportation
All services are subject to vehicle availability, route conditions, weather, and operational circumstances.
2. Booking & Confirmation
A booking request submitted through our website, WhatsApp, phone, or other communication channels does not automatically guarantee confirmation.
A booking is considered confirmed only after confirmation from Lalit Tour & Travels.
Customers may be required to provide accurate information including name, contact number, travel dates, pickup location, destination, passenger count, and vehicle requirements.
Any changes to the booking should be communicated as early as possible.
3. Pricing
Prices quoted by Lalit Tour & Travels may vary depending on the vehicle, route, travel dates, duration, passenger count, and other requirements.
Any additional charges applicable to a particular journey will be communicated where reasonably possible.
Toll charges, parking fees, permits, entry fees, driver allowances, or other applicable charges may be charged separately where they are not included in the agreed package.
The final price applicable to a booking will be the price confirmed with the customer.
4. Advance Payment
Where an advance payment is required:
The booking will be processed according to the advance-payment terms communicated at the time of booking.
The remaining amount must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule.
Failure to make the required payment may result in cancellation of the booking.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation and refund terms may vary depending on the booking, travel dates, vehicle availability, and the terms communicated at the time of confirmation.
Customers should contact Lalit Tour & Travels as early as possible if they need to cancel or modify a booking.
Any applicable refund will be processed according to the cancellation terms agreed for the particular booking.

Tour itinerary
Duration of travel
are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.
7. Travel Delays & Road Conditions
Travel in Uttarakhand may be affected by:
Heavy traffic
Landslides
Road construction
Weather conditions
Snowfall
Rain
Road closures
Government restrictions
Local traffic regulations
Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Lalit Tour & Travels will make reasonable efforts to provide the agreed service but cannot guarantee a specific arrival time when delays are caused by circumstances beyond our control.
8. Vehicle Allocation
The vehicle shown or discussed during enquiry is subject to availability.
If the originally requested vehicle becomes unavailable due to operational reasons, Lalit Tour & Travels may provide a comparable alternative vehicle, subject to discussion with the customer.
Vehicle capacity must not be exceeded.
9. Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers are expected to:
Follow applicable traffic and safety regulations.
Follow reasonable instructions from the driver.
Avoid damaging the vehicle.
Not carry prohibited or illegal items.
Keep personal belongings secure.
Behave respectfully toward drivers, staff, and other passengers.
Customers may be responsible for costs arising from intentional or negligent damage to the vehicle.
10. Personal Belongings
Customers are responsible for their personal belongings, luggage, valuables, documents, electronics, and other possessions during travel.
Lalit Tour & Travels will not be responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left unattended in a vehicle or at a destination, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
11. Safety
Passengers must follow applicable vehicle safety requirements and instructions provided by the driver.
The driver may take reasonable steps to protect passenger safety when road, weather, traffic, or other conditions create a safety concern.
12. Nature & Bird-Watching Tours
For bird-watching, photography, trekking, and nature-related experiences:
Wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed.
Routes and locations may change depending on weather, accessibility, local conditions, and safety.
Guests should follow responsible wildlife-viewing practices.
Guests should not disturb, feed, chase, or otherwise interfere with wildlife.
Photography should be carried out responsibly and without disturbing animals or birds.
13. Third-Party Services
Some travel arrangements may involve third-party hotels, restaurants, activity providers, guides, attractions, or other service providers.
Where a service is provided directly by a third party, its own terms, availability, cancellation policies, and operating conditions may apply.
